Shipping/ Returns/ Refunds /Exchanges Terms and Conditions.

 

Items can not be refunded unless the item is clearly damaged or completely not wearable. In order for an item to be refunded , a clear depiction of the damage needs to be included in picture form and sent to our store email. The allowable time frame for emailing in a picture of damaged items is three business days after the initial delivery date. We will then assess the damage and then determine if the item is permitted to be exchanged or refunded. ( Please state in the email if you would like to be refunded or have an exchange if item being exchanged is currently in stock. Also make sure to add a description in words of the problem in the email ) Please allow at least 48 hours for a response . No shipping cost or other fees will be covered for returns or exchanges. If the item is approved for refund or exchange a confirmation email will be sent when the renewed item is shipped. As a streetwear brand, we make sure that our products are always shipped and handled properly with quality. If any situation occurs that is out of our control with products upon shipment (including lost or stolen shipments) please contact your nearest postal service. Thank you.
